Hello Everyone,
On Monday, five exiles kicked around the idea of publishing a blog instead of going through all the rigmarole of trying to convince the CRC to publish something that we've written. Who needs books anyway?
We are thinking of shaping our time this weekend around four topics that summarize a lot of the conversations we've had thus far in 2009. They are centered on how we can support each other and sabbath-keeping. This blog might be a place for us to share these thoughts. Keep in mind that I will also have to present at least a rough draft of some information to folks in Grand Rapids on November 18. So those are some of the very practical goals and dates we're looking at thus far.
This feels like a great end to the summer. Bring your sunscreen and your most vulnerable self to SD this weekend. I'm very much looking forward to it!
